StorePush syncs customer reviews from App Store Connect and provides AI-powered tools for analysis and response.

Review Sync

Reviews are automatically synced during each pull operation. Each review includes:

• Rating (1-5 stars)
• Title and body text
• Author name
• Locale and territory
• Date posted

AI Sentiment Analysis

StorePush uses AI to analyze each review and provide:

• Sentiment — Classified as POSITIVE, NEUTRAL, or NEGATIVE
• Score — A numeric sentiment score
• Keywords — Key topics extracted from the review

Sentiment analysis runs automatically when new reviews are synced. If the AI prompt configuration changes, reviews are automatically reprocessed.

Responding to Reviews

You can respond to reviews directly from StorePush:

1. Navigate to your app's Reviews section
2. Select a review to respond to
3. Use AI Draft to generate a response, or write your own
4. Click Send to push the response to App Store Connect

AI-drafted responses use streaming for real-time preview as the response is generated.

Usage Limits

Review response generation counts toward your monthly usage quota:

• Free tier — Limited number of AI-generated responses per month
• Pro tier — Higher limits for AI features
